-SPOILERS- (for my novel trilogy)

This is probably the best thing I have ever drawn...to be honest I'm amazed even looking at it. I mean, it isn't THAT amazing in the grand scheme of things, but for me it's REALLY good. Okay, well this is a scene that will probably be in the first book of the trilogy I am writing...which had a title but then I changed my mind so it's being deliberated again. I haven't planned out the entire story yet, so I'm not quite sure who they will be fighting at this time, but I know it will be one of their bigger battles.

It takes place at an ancient ruin, which is quite literally in ruins. The marble pillars are cracked beyond repair and some of them have even fallen down. The granite floor used to lead to an altar, the last bit that remains ubroken is the little arch at the end with the runes. The battle rages outside and then in the midst of it, Leah and Zaron are forced inside the ruins by the enemy. After an exceedingly bloody fight, the enemy is destroyed and Zaron and Leah are alone, deep inside the ruins. Zaron was very badly injured in the fight and Leah bandages the worst of his wounds to the best of her ability.

Up to this point in the story, Leah and Zaron had been enemies. Enemies, that were slowly falling in love with each other...:wink: Once they stop arguing long enough to tell each other how worried they were for the other's safety, they realize that their feelings are mutual...and so on...there'll be more detail in the actual book. Then Zaron takes a risk and kisses her, but thankfully Leah returns it and it's their first moment of true passion. That is...until the rest of their group realize they're missing
